I recently had the opportunity to avail services from this company and my overall experience can be considered average. The website was user-friendly and provided information about their offerings in a clear manner. However, I faced some difficulties when trying to reach out to their customer support for inquiries. The response time was rather slow, and I had to follow up multiple times to get my queries addressed. On a positive note, the company technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and performed their tasks efficiently. The quality of their services was satisfactory, but not exceptional. Considering the average customer service experience and satisfactory service quality, I would rate my overall experience as average.
