I recently went on a tour organized by a travel agency. The overall experience was good, but there were a few areas where they could improve. The itinerary was well-planned and we got to visit some amazing places. However, the tour guide could have provided more information about the destinations. Also, some of the accommodations were not up to the mark. Overall, it was an average experience.
