I recently used the services of a care provider for my aging parents, and I must say I was impressed with the level of care they received. The staff was attentive, compassionate, and professional. They made my parents feel comfortable and safe, which eased my worries as well. The only suggestion I have is to improve the communication between the caregivers and the family members.
