I had a mixed experience with the Federal enforcement homeland security foundation. While their website, fehsf.com, was easy to navigate and provided helpful information about their services, I found their response time to be quite slow. It took them several days to get back to my inquiry, which was frustrating. Additionally, their customer service could use some improvement. The representative I spoke to was not very friendly or knowledgeable about the services they offer. Overall, I would say my experience was average.
