I had a generally positive experience with the Johnson County Department of Corrections. The staff was professional and helpful, and they seemed genuinely invested in the inmates' rehabilitation. The programs offered appeared to be effective in preparing inmates for life after incarceration. However, there were some minor issues with communication and organization that could be improved to provide an even better experience for all involved.
