I had a mixed experience with Poly Property Development. While their work quality was satisfactory, their customer service needs improvement. The communication was lacking at times, causing delays and misunderstandings. However, they were responsive to my concerns and tried to rectify the issues. Overall, an average experience, but improvements in customer service would make them great.
