Recently, I interacted with a government contractor for a project, and it was a disappointing experience. The website was easy to navigate, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. It took them forever to respond to my inquiries, and when they finally did, it wasn't very helpful. I won't be working with BT Federal again anytime soon.
