I recently went on a trip organized by Xplore tour operator and it was an average experience. The itinerary was well-planned, but the customer service could have been better. The tour guide seemed unenthusiastic and was not very knowledgeable about the destinations we visited. Overall, it was an okay trip, but I expected more for the price I paid.
