I recently purchased a new wetsuit from Boardstore, and I have to say, it was a disappointing experience. The website was difficult to navigate, and the checkout process was frustrating. The wetsuit I received had a defect, and it took multiple interactions with customer service to get a resolution. While they eventually replaced the wetsuit, the overall experience left a lot to be desired.
