I had a really average experience with Ibt - international business translations ltd. The quality of their translations was just okay, nothing impressive. I found their website to be a bit outdated and difficult to navigate. The customer service was average as well. Overall, I wouldn't say it was a terrible experience, but it definitely wasn't great either.
