I've been going to a crossfit gym for years, but Power Keg Crossfit is on another level. The workouts are intense, and the trainers really know their stuff. I love the friendly and supportive environment. This gym has helped me push myself and achieve new personal records. I couldn't be happier with my decision to join Power Keg Crossfit.
