I recently had the opportunity to work with a local accounting firm and overall, my experience was average. The professionals at this firm, found on their website, were knowledgeable and provided the services I needed. However, I did find that communication with the team was lacking at times. It took a bit longer than expected to receive responses to my inquiries, and I had to follow up multiple times to get the information I needed. Additionally, I found their fees to be on the higher side compared to other firms in the area. That being said, the quality of their work was satisfactory and they did deliver on their promises. If they improve their communication and perhaps reconsider their pricing structure, they have the potential to provide exceptional service to their clients.
