I would rate Golden Capital GDG, C.A. as average. The overall experience with this company was neither bad nor exceptional. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The representative I spoke to was not very helpful and seemed uninterested in assisting me with my inquiries. Additionally, I had some issues with the payment process, which added to my frustration. Overall, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and resolving payment-related issues.
