I had a mixed experience with Otto Candies. On one hand, their customer service was excellent - very friendly and helpful. On the other hand, the quality of their products was below average. I was not satisfied with the purchase I made and had to contact customer service for a refund. Despite the issue, their prompt response and resolution impressed me. Average quality, excellent customer service.
