I recently purchased a pair of sunglasses from the company's website, and overall, I had an average experience. The website was easy to navigate with a variety of stylish eye-wear options. However, the checkout process was a bit confusing, and it took longer than expected to complete my purchase 😕. The shipping timeframe was as stated, but I would have appreciated more frequent updates on the status of my order 📦. When the sunglasses arrived, they were of decent quality, although not as impressive as I had hoped. On the positive side, the customer service was responsive and helpful when I reached out with a question 🙋‍♀️. While my experience with the company was average, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of overall smoothness and product quality.
