I have been a customer of Ritch & Conolly for several years now and I must say that their services are average at best. While they provide the basic services that you would expect from an accounting firm, I have found their attention to detail to be lacking. There have been multiple instances where mistakes were made on my tax returns, causing me a lot of stress and additional expenses. Additionally, their customer service is subpar. It often takes them a long time to respond to my inquiries and when they do, their answers are vague and unhelpful. Overall, I would not recommend Ritch & Conolly to others.
