Ticketfire is an average company. They provide acceptable service, but there is nothing extraordinary about them. I have used their website a few times to buy tickets, and the experience has been decent. The interface is user-friendly and the checkout process is smooth. However, their customer support could be more responsive. Overall, I would say they are just an average company.
