Living here has been a pleasant experience so far. The neighborhood is beautiful, and the association does a great job in maintaining it. The amenities provided are excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I appreciate the efforts they put into creating a peaceful and welcoming environment. However, I would like to see more transparency in terms of fees and charges.
