I recently purchased an air conditioning unit from a company I found online. The product itself is great, and it has made a huge difference in my home's comfort level. However, I was disappointed with the overall customer experience. The communication with the company was lacking, and it took longer than expected for the product to arrive. Despite these issues, I am happy with the product itself.
