I had a mixed experience with Nordicbau GmbH. While their customer service was prompt and helpful, the quality of their products was disappointing. The website is easy to navigate and their prices are competitive. However, the product I received was not as described on the website and I had to go through the hassle of returning it. Overall, I would rate my experience with Nordicbau GmbH as average.
