🐜 I recently used the services of Gc termite control and I must say, I was pretty satisfied with their work. The technicians arrived on time and were professional and courteous throughout the process. They assessed the termite situation in my home efficiently and came up with a suitable treatment plan. 🏠 The treatment seemed to have done its job as I haven't seen any termites since. However, what prevents me from giving them a higher rating is the lack of communication after the treatment. 📞 I had a few follow-up questions and it took quite some time for them to respond to my inquiries. Although they eventually got back to me, it would have been nice to have a more prompt and responsive customer service experience. Overall, I would say Gc termite control provides an average service, but there is certainly room for improvement regarding their communication. 🌟
