I recently had my staircase renovated and I hired a company to install new handrails. The quality of the work was decent, but I wasn't particularly impressed. The handrails themselves were fine, but I felt that the customer service could have been better. There were a few issues during the installation process that were not handled as smoothly as I would have liked. Overall, the experience was okay, but I don't think I would choose them again in the future.
