I had an average experience with Ningbo kandy imp.&exp.co.,ltd. The products were of decent quality but the customer service was lacking. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, when I had a question about my order, it took them a long time to respond and the answer I received was not very helpful.
