I recently made a purchase from an online store and I am very satisfied with the product I received. The quality is great and it arrived on time. However, I was disappointed with the customer service as they were not able to assist me with a query I had. Overall, my experience with Vita international, inc. was good but there is room for improvement in terms of customer service.
