I had a mixed experience with Yangtze Optics Africa Cable. Overall, the service was average. While the delivery was prompt and the product quality was decent, their customer support was lacking. I had some issues with my order and it was quite difficult to get a satisfactory resolution. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.
