I've had a mixed experience with Newb. The website, newb.coop, is easy to navigate, but the products didn't meet my expectations. Some were good, while others were disappointing. The customer support was quick to respond, but they couldn't resolve all my issues satisfactorily. Overall, I would say it's an average company.
