I recently used the moving services provided by this company and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information. The customer service representatives were friendly and helpful in answering my queries. The movers arrived on time and were professional in handling my belongings. However, there were a few areas where improvement could be made. Firstly, the movers could have been more careful with fragile items, as I noticed a small crack on one of my glassware pieces. Additionally, the overall packing could have been more efficient to ensure minimal movement of items during transportation. Despite these minor drawbacks, the move was completed within the promised timeframe. Overall, I would rate the service as average and would consider using them again with some caution.
