I recently had new handrails installed in my home, and although the end result was satisfactory, I had some issues with the overall experience. The quality of the handrails themselves was good, and they definitely improved the safety of my staircase. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The communication was not as clear and prompt as I would have liked, and there were some delays in the installation process.

While the handrails serve their purpose, I believe there are other companies that could provide a better overall experience. If you're solely focused on the end result, then Bespoke handrails & staircases might be a suitable choice. However, if you value excellent customer service and a smoother process, you might want to consider other options.
