I recently had an opportunity to work with an HR firm for my job search. The experience was decent, but there were some areas that could be improved. The services provided by the company were satisfactory, but I felt that the communication could have been better. It would have been helpful if they were more responsive to my queries. Overall, it was an okay experience.
