My recent trip booked through mypalmbeachtravel.com was a mixed bag. While the website was easy to use and the booking process was smooth, the customer service left much to be desired. Whenever I had a question or concern, it took multiple attempts to get a response. The lack of prompt communication was frustrating. Overall, an average experience.
