I had a mixed experience with Iron Funding. The application process was straightforward, and the rates were competitive, but their customer service needs improvement. There were delays in getting responses to my queries, and the overall communication was not as efficient as I would have liked. However, once my loan was approved, the funds were disbursed quickly. While I appreciate their services, I hope they address the issues with customer support.
