Forest Hill Funeral Home provided an underwhelming service during our time of need. We found their staff to be disorganized and unresponsive to our requests. The facilities were adequate at best, lacking the attention to detail we expected. While the arrangements were eventually managed, the overall experience left a lot to be desired.
