I recently booked a trip with a travel company for my honeymoon, and I must say that I was extremely disappointed with the service and overall experience. The company failed to provide accurate information about the destinations and accommodations. I felt like I was left to figure things out on my own. Definitely not what I expected from a professional travel company.
