I had been using graphite products from another brand for a while, but I was never fully satisfied. The quality was average at best and the customer service was lacking. However, ever since I switched to Superior graphite, my art has improved significantly. The graphite is smooth and consistent, and the customer service is excellent. I can't recommend Superior graphite enough!
