The New Harbor Group is an average company. They provide a decent service, but nothing too special. I have been a customer of theirs for a while now, and while I haven't had any major issues, I haven't been overly impressed either. The staff is friendly enough, but sometimes their response times are a bit slow. Overall, it's an okay experience.
