I recently purchased a pair of skis from this company and overall, I had an average experience. While the quality of the skis themselves is decent, I found the customer service to be just average. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of products, but I wasn't blown away by the overall shopping experience. The shipping took longer than expected and I found the packaging to be somewhat flimsy. The skis themselves performed well on the slopes, but I wasn't overly impressed with their performance compared to other brands I've used in the past. In terms of value for money, I think there are better options out there. While I wouldn't discourage anyone from trying out this company, I also wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to recommend them either.
