I recently tried out some graphite products from a well-known brand, but I was not impressed. The quality was mediocre and the customer service was lacking. However, I then discovered Superior graphite and let me tell you, it's a game-changer. The graphite is smooth and consistent, and the customer service is excellent. I will never go back to the other brand again.
