I recently had my car repaired at Gibson Auto Body, and I have mixed feelings about the experience. While the quality of the repairs was satisfactory, the customer service could have been better. The staff was not very friendly and didn't keep me well-informed about the progress of the repairs. Overall, it was an average experience.
