I had a mixed experience with Wedding Media. While their website webnovias.com was informative and had a wide range of wedding vendors listed, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took days for them to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the answers were not very helpful. This made the wedding planning process quite frustrating for me. I would suggest Wedding Media to improve their customer support for a better overall experience.
