I had a mixed experience with Pharmaceutical Research Associates, Inc. Overall, they provided satisfactory service, but there were some areas that could be improved upon. The communication could have been better, as there were times when I felt like I was not given enough updates on the progress of my project. However, the quality of their work was great and they delivered on time. I would recommend them, but with the caveat that they need to work on their communication skills.
