I have been a customer of Walter Brooke for several years now and I must say, their service is just average. I expected more from a company like theirs. The website is user-friendly and the prices are reasonable, but the quality of their products is not up to par. There have been numerous instances where I received damaged items or items that didn't work properly. It's frustrating and disappointing. I hope they improve their quality control.
