I have been using GlobalTelecom for a while now and I have to say that their service is average. The call quality is okay, but there have been a few instances where I experienced dropped calls. The customer service is average as well, not exceptionally good or bad. The pricing is competitive, but there are other providers with better offers. Overall, it's a decent telecommunication company.
