I recently used the services of a travel company, and it was a decent experience. The booking process was smooth, and their website was easy to navigate. The customer service could have been better, though. The staff was not very friendly and didn't provide much assistance. The trip itself was enjoyable, but I expected a bit more excitement and adventure.
