I had a really average experience with Fenester. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, the customer service was lacking. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries and when they did, the responses were not helpful. Overall, I would give Fenester an average rating. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service.
