We recently hired a marketing agency for our business and found their services to be satisfactory. However, we expected more innovative ideas and strategies from a company claiming to be experts in the field. The communication could have been better, as there were delays in response and some misunderstandings. Overall, our experience with the agency was decent, but not exceptional.
