👍👎 I recently had an experience with a company in the UK (heathmill.co.uk) and I must say it was just average for me. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, which is always a plus. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took quite a while for them to respond to my queries, and even then, their responses felt generic and unhelpful. The product I received was decent, but nothing extraordinary. It met my expectations but didn't exceed them. I appreciate that they made an effort to deliver on time, but the packaging could have been better. Overall, it was an average experience. I wouldn't necessarily rave about this company, but I also wouldn't discourage others from trying them out.
