Igad-climate prediction and aplication center (icpac) is a pretty average company. Their website, intothedrink.tv, is decently designed and easy to navigate. However, I found their services to be just average. The climate predictions provided by icpac were not very accurate and lacked the level of detail I was expecting. Overall, I would say my experience with icpac was just average.
