I recently had the opportunity to travel with a tour company and it was an average experience. The tour guides were knowledgeable and the itinerary was decent. However, the accommodations were not up to par. The rooms were smaller than expected and the cleanliness was lacking. There were also some issues with the transportation, as the pick-up and drop-off timings were not properly communicated. I would suggest improvements in these areas to enhance the overall customer experience.
