I have been a customer of Morningstar partners, l.p. for several years now and I must say, their services are average at best. I have had a few hiccups along the way but nothing major. The customer support is responsive and helpful, but sometimes it takes them a while to address my concerns. Overall, I would give them a 3-star rating out of 5.
