I recently purchased an alarm system from a company that claims to provide universal solutions for home security. The product itself is of good quality, and the installation was fairly straightforward. However, I had some issues with their customer service department. It took a long time for them to respond to my queries, and their representatives weren't very helpful. Despite the initial hiccup, the alarm system has been working fine. So, I would rate it as great.
